Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 7 in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Public Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years' relevant experience in programme or project management, of which at least two (2) years must have been at a senior or multi-project coordination level, gained in a programme/project management, finance, or grant management environment.
Recommendations
- Professional programme/project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP)
- Reporting to executive and governance structures
- Management of capital, infrastructure, ICT or Organisational-change programmes in a complex environment
- Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Grant administration and funder reporting (e.g., DHET, DBSA, National Treasury)
- Advanced computer skills and data processing, including MS Project or equivalent.
- Record keeping and data management.
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Higher education or public-sector experience
- Valid driver's license.
