This is a senior role requiring both strategic and hands-on leadership. This is an opportunity to make your mark in serving the communities we operate in creating shared value. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic direction and oversee programme implementation.
- Manage and improve programme systems, ensuring smooth daily, monthly, and termly cycles.
- Analyse programme data, maintain reporting platforms, and respond to field insights.
- Build strong relationships within programme communities and resolve queries quickly. This person is the beating heart of each of the programmes and leads building culture.
- Convene and lead weekly planning meetings with clear tracking and reporting.
- Write compelling reports for donors, partners, and school-based teams.
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in a related field, such as in the education sector. A Project Management qualification is an advantage.
- Has at least five years of experience in leading complex programmes in the CSI, public schooling sector, and is familiar with the debates, complexities and social dynamics in the sector.
- Proven experience in building relationships in the no-fee public sector or corporate social investment.
- Proven experience in managing data systems. Requires advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.
- Energetic leader who inspires teamwork and drives delivery.
- Strong analytical and storytelling/report-writing ability.
- Cause driven and determined to serve the best interests of both beneficiaries and donors.
- Competencies: Presenting, Structuring, Creating support, Organisational sensitivity, Persuasiveness. Providing feedback, Drive, Helicopter view, Situational awareness
