- BEng or BSc Engineering Qualification
- Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa a Candidate Engineer
- Minimum of 3 - 5 Years relevant experience
- Computer Proficiency
- Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence
Key Performance Areas
- To coordinate, manage, monitor and evaluate multiple projects of various levels of risk and complexity within the Infrastructure Planning Branch of FM
- Monitoring and Reporting PM&R. Which include Portfolio Project Management, Maintenance Plans, Asset Management Plans, Leased Out Improved Property Portfolio Maintenance and Space Audit Plans, Compliance Projects and Problem Buildings.
- Ensure that projects are properly planned, established, managed and successfully completed
- Develop business, process, procedures, guidelines and standards to ensure quality workmanship.
- Obtain Source Information and collate statistics, dashboard, templates and reports
- Sourcing information and statistics from various projects, programmes and initiatives Buildings.
- Undertake Visual Assessments of City-Owned facilities
