- Basic R425 qualification that allows registration with SANC as Professional Nurse
- Post-basic nursing qualification with duration at least 1 year in Advanced Midwifery and Neonatal Nursing Science R212 OR 4 year Bachelor Degree in Nursing R174 + postgraduate diploma R635 in Midwifery
- Registration with SANC as Professional Nurse
- Grade 1: 4 years / Grade 2: 14 years appropriate experience, with at least 10 years after obtaining post-basic qualification
- Willingness to work shifts weekends, public holidays and nights and overtime
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
DUTIES
- Provide optimal, holistic, specialised nursing care within set standards
- Manage and monitor efficient utilisation of human, financial and physical resources
- Participate in training, mentoring, research and implementation of department's values
- Provide Support to Nursing Services and Institution
- Maintain professional growth/ethical standards
