Detail: Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes, including mixing, emulsification, filling, and packaging. Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and company quality standards). Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve high-performance standards. Monitor production efficiency, waste, yields, and downtime while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and hygiene requirements. Conduct shift handovers, performance reviews, and team meetings. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations. Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Manage labour allocation and workforce productivity across shifts. Overseeing staff work and ensuring employees meet sales and production commitments. Guiding and assisting team members in their assigned job responsibilities. Supervising team members to meet quality and productivity standards. Assigning daily workload and ensuring deadlines are met. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management. Evaluating team performance and developing improvement plans. Overseeing daily operations within the department and implementing strategic plans. Acting as a lead on process and procedure improvements. Creating a safe work environment. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years' supervisory experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment. Experience in emulsion production within the food manufacturing sector.
