Production Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Direct daily production activities to align with established weekly and monthly schedules, while actively contributing to the long-term production planning process.
• Workforce Management: Supervise staff attendance, scheduling, and shift punctuality to ensure manufacturing lines consistently start and conclude on time.
• Efficiency Optimization: Maximize throughput and team productivity by systematically identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality and compliance standards across all operational processes to guarantee product integrity.
• Labor Utilization & Cost Control: Track actual versus standard labor hours per unit while actively managing and minimizing the overtime percentage.
• Operational & Team Leadership: Standardize shift handovers by ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of logs, line status verifications, and issue escalations.
• Downtime Mitigation: Monitor and minimize unplanned downtime resulting from equipment failures, supply chain stockouts, or staffing constraints.
