The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing print production and packing schedules to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Prepare, manage, and execute daily and weekly production and shift plans for print production and packing teams, ensuring optimal labour utilisation across all shifts. Open, manage, and close work orders, ensuring accurate system capture and documentation. Coordinate production across flexographic and digital printing machines. Plan material usage and availability for self-adhesive materials, ABS, inks, vinyls, cutting dies, and plates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental registers, including: Testing Register Cutting Die Register Plate Register Material and Quality Registers Ensure all testing methodologies are followed for different self-adhesive materials and substrates. File production documentation in correct sequential order for traceability and audits. Create, implement, and continuously improve process flows within the production department. Liaise closely with purchasing, QA, maintenance, and dispatch teams. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Plan and balance manpower across shifts, accounting for skills availability, machine requirements, leave, and overtime. Requirements: Must be able to work under pressure Must have experience in planning and well organised Good in excel (creating spreadsheets and dashboards) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivots, planning sheets, reporting). Strong knowledge of self-adhesive materials, inks, vinyls, ABS. Must be knowledgeable in flexographic printing machines/ dies/plates / colour standards/ proof cards/testing methodology / SOPs. Understanding of digital printing processes. Knowledge of cutting dies and printing plates. Excellent numerical ability – confident with maths, quantities, yields, and variances. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. Desired Attributes: Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
