Applicants are required to meet the following criteria
- Degree in Production or Operations management
- 5+ years' experience in automotive manufacturing
- 5+ Years' experience in a management role related to automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of automated production systems and robotics.
- Lean Manufacturing Principles; Computer Literacy focus on MS Excel
- IATF 16949 Std; Management principles
- Leadership principles; Total Quality Management
- Quality Core Tools; Supply Chain principles
- Measurement Analysis; Quality specifications and systems
- Lean Manufacturing principles
Skills required
- Manufacturing process
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Planning and organising; Production planning process
- Quality specifications and systems; Discipline and grievance procedure
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Technical understanding of automation regarding presses and assembly cells
- Developing, Implementing and Controlling KPI's; Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Communication and team engagement; High attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
