Detail: Requirements: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification. Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Strong production planning, scheduling, and workforce management experience. Experience managing production KPIs, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Refrigeration or CO₂ manufacturing experience will be advantageous. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and project delivery.
