This role ensures the seamless flow of materials, products, and information to support efficient manufacturing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. While their head office is based in Techno Park, Stellenbosch their factory is located in Somerset West. Detail: Key Responsibilities Include: Material Planning and Coordination Quality Assurance and Compliance Inventory Management: (During the production flow work) Production Scheduling Logistics Operations Process Improvement and Cost Management Data Analysis and Reporting Cross-functional Collaboration Compliance and Safety Qualifications and Skills Required: Education: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: Some experience in production logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing and quality control principles Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., manufacturing, automotive, FMCG is a plus Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) - Advantageous Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage Familiarity with import/export regulations is a plus. show more...
