- A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking reliable and motivated Line Machine Packers to join its production team.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the production line, ensuring products are packed correctly and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and handle products according to production and quality requirements.
- Ensure products are correctly packed, labelled and presented.
- Monitor the production line and report any issues or abnormalities.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with 5S and safety standards.
- Assist with basic line activities and support production targets.
- Perform quality checks and report any defects or deviations.
- Follow all company procedures relating to quality, safety and production.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or packing environment would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts.
- Physically able to perform the requirements of the role.
- Good communication skills.
