What You'll Gain This programme will provide exposure to:

• Manufacturing Operations • Production Planning • Continuous Improvement • Engineering Support • Quality Systems • Supply Chain Operations • Project Management • Operational Leadership You'll receive structured on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring from experienced manufacturing professionals.

Key Responsibilities You will:

• Support daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing.
• Monitor production performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist with production trials, process improvements and documentation.
• Present project updates and improvement recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Operations Management (or equivalent)

• Recent graduate
• Strong academic record
• South African Citizen or legal authorisation to work in South Africa

Skills We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong planning and organisational skills • Ability to work well within cross-functional teams • High learning agility and curiosity • Passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or a manufacturing environment will be advantageous.

Working Environment This is a full-time Graduate Programme based within a manufacturing environment in Rosslyn, Pretoria. Shift work may be required depending on operational requirements, and all safety procedures and PPE requirements must be adhered to.
