We are looking for your work experience in the Production and Manufacturing Industry. We are looking for a solid background in Sheet Metal and Metal Trade, and the Injection Moulding Industry. We are looking for your work experience on PLC Manufacturing Machines for both Siemens and Alan Bradley. We require production and manufacturing work experience with Polyurethane raw materials, including ISO and Polyols. The primary role of the Production Assistant Manager will be to support the daily production operations, reporting, coordination, and quality control within the factory. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence. Preferred Experience and Qualifications Relevant qualification in Mechanical or Production Management. Computer literate with work experience with Pastel and Excel. Manufacturing and factory production background. Familiarity with safety and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, detail-driven, and proactive. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a production environment. Detail: Duties & Responsibilities: Assist the Production Manager with daily production planning. Monitor production processes and schedules. Coordinate with production staff and suppliers.
