Please note that this appointment will be made in line with company’s employment equity policy and divisional employment equity targets Job Purpose: Promotes, details, and drives adoption of the company's pain management and anesthesia portfolio among anesthetists and other relevant healthcare professionals, building clinical relationships, providing scientific and product information, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales and market share objectives to the highest ethical and regulatory standards. Main Task / Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, market share, and growth objectives; develop and execute territory business plans. Conduct regular in-person product detailing with anesthetists, pain specialists, intensivists, pharmacists, and theatre managers, delivering evidence-based, scientifically accurate presentations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, anesthetists, and hospital decision-makers; develop strategic account plans for major hospitals. Organize and support educational meetings, workshops, product launches, and CME activities. Plan and prioritize territory coverage; maintain comprehensive customer records via the company CRM; analyze performance and identify growth opportunities. Conduct all promotional activity in line with company policy, industry codes of practice, and regulatory requirements; maintain confidentiality; complete administrative reporting accurately and on time. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends; identify emerging customer needs and recommend commercial strategies.
