Understanding of hydraulic pumps and experience working on mechanical and electrical systems + ability to perform maintenance and give guidance to sites on the use of the program / system is essential. Drive digital integration and optimisation on mobile manufacturing units to improve operational efficiency. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of digital systems. Apply mechanical, electrical, drill-and-blast, and digital expertise to support explosives operations. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Implement and support digital strategies across mining operations Develop dashboards and maintain digital data platforms Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility Lead digital initiatives and monitor operational performance Deliver SHE training and ensure compliance Build strong stakeholder relationships Manage service provider performance Training of users and a strong understanding of system (become a specialist) to troubleshoot any problems that may arise Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility Qualifications & Experience: Certification in Systems Development & Integration 7+ years in systems development and integration 3+ years in mining/digital enablement (advantageous) 5+ years in mining/explosives (advantageous) Degree in Engineering or related field / T echnical trade with field experience Willingness to travel and work shifts/overtime as needed Join us to lead innovative digital solutions in the mining explosives industry! show more...
