Purpose of the job Setting the roadmap and prioritising the development demand list through understanding the business strategy and objectives, the customer needs, and technology. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Delivery: Strategically drive product development, system improvement delivery, and project execution across Agile and Project Management frameworks. Requirements & Specs Ownership: Translate commercial BRDs into detailed Functional Specs (FRDs) and actionable Jira stories with testable Acceptance Criteria. Backlog Governance: Own, maintain, and groom the product backlog, enforcing strict Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). Support & Operational Continuity: Oversee support service to the business, conduct root-cause incident investigation, and execute UAT sign-offs before technical escalation. Training & Enablement: Facilitate user training, create release notes, and ensure operational knowledge acquisition and transfer. Leadership: Guide cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment across business and IT delivery teams. Ad hoc Responsibilities: Support operational continuous improvement initiatives as required.
