- Setting the roadmap and prioritising the development demand list through understanding the business strategy and objectives, the customer needs, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Delivery: Strategically drive product development, system improvement delivery, and project execution across Agile and Project Management frameworks.
- Requirements & Specs Ownership: Translate commercial BRDs into detailed Functional Specs FRDs and actionable Jira stories with testable Acceptance Criteria.
- Backlog Governance: Own, maintain, and groom the product backlog, enforcing strict Definition of Ready DoR and Definition of Done DoD.
- Support & Operational Continuity: Oversee support service to the business, conduct root-cause incident investigation, and execute UAT sign-offs before technical escalation.
- Training & Enablement: Facilitate user training, create release notes, and ensure operational knowledge acquisition and transfer.
- Leadership: Guide cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment across business and IT delivery teams.
- Ad hoc Responsibilities: Support operational continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Business degree with Analytical/Commercial/Information Systems/Technology subjects
- Industrial Engineering Degree, Product Owner or Scrum certification Beneficial
- 5 years of experience in a similar or Solutions Manager role
- Business acumen experience in retail or logistics environments. Beneficial
- Project exposure to implement and design solutions in business
- Facilitate training sessions/presentations
- Above average computer literacy - MS Office & MS Project / Google Workspace
- BRD to FRD & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience translating commercial BRDs into detailed Functional Specs FRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, system designs, and software documentation.
- Hybrid Delivery Fluency: Ability to operate seamlessly across Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management governance.
- Technical & Stakeholder Communication: Able to explain technical details, solution trade-offs, and ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders with a supportive, solution-oriented approach.
- Technical Aptitude: Able to configure application back-end or front-end settings non-developer and support complex end-to-end business processes across multiple systems.
- Professional Mindset: Analytical problem-solving skills, curious self-learner, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
