Start free — we apply for you →Key responsibilities: - Drive the ERP implementation lifecycle from planning through to go-live and post-implementation support
- Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements across multiple departments
- Configure and optimise ERP modules to align with business requirements
- Manage integrations between ERP and third-party systems
- Lead data migration activities, including cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution
- Develop and deliver training material, user guides, and adoption initiatives
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success
- Provide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements: - Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - Minimum 10 years' professional experience - Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP implementations - Strong understanding of manufacturing or operational business environments. - Experience working with data migration, system integration, and change management initiatives - Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels - SYSPRO experience will be highly advantageous - Agile, Project Management, or related certifications would be beneficial
