- This role sits inside our credit portfolio covering Credit Card, Term Loan and Access Facility products. You'll get close to the business, understand what's driving it, spot the gaps, and turn that knowledge into marketing that moves people.
- It's hands-on, fast paced and built for someone who's as comfortable challenging a brief as they are writing one.
What you'll do
- Translate business-unit requirements into integrated marketing plans
- Work directly with our internal creative and delivery teams to get campaigns out the door
- Embed yourself with the product team and operate as a true business partner
- Challenge requests when the real problem is a product or client experience issue not a marketing one
- Develop business cases, identify marketing gaps and motivate for budget where it's needed
- Manage projects end-to-end from brief to delivery without relying on external agencies to do it for you
What you bring
- 5–7 years in marketing, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Comfort with ambiguity you figure things out and move forward
- Experience in financial services or credit is advantageous; a background in FMCG or retail transfers well
Qualifications
- Minimum: Honours Degree postgraduate in any relevant field
- Preferred: Master's Degree
