We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our retail product portfolio, driving product strategy, development, commercialization, and go-to-market execution. The role focuses on residential fibre and digital products, ensuring strong customer growth, retention, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

 
 • Develop and manage the retail product roadmap. 
 • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization. 
 • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. 
 • Define pricing, packaging, promotions, and commercial strategies. 
 • Build business cases and manage product profitability (P&L). 
 • Drive go-to-market initiatives across digital and commercial channel. 
 • Collaborate with technology, operations, marketing, finance, and sales teams. 
 • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes. 
 • Manage customer retention, loyalty, and digital engagement initiatives

Minimum Requirements

 
 • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. 
 • Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management. 
 • Proven experience managing products from ideation through commercial launch. 
 • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, financial modelling, and product profitability. 
 • Experience working with digital channels, including websites, apps, and CRM platforms. 
 • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
 • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

Advantageous Experience

 
 • Telecommunications, ISP, fibre, or broadband industry experience. 
 • Experience with customer loyalty, rewards, retention, or digital wallet products. 
 • Postgraduate qualification (Honours, MBA, or equivalent). 
 • Product Management certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, or similar).
