Product Manager (eCommerce) (CPT Onsite)

ENVIRONMENT

LEAD a portfolio of eCommerce product capabilities end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through delivery, measurement and continuous improvement as the next Product Manager wanted by a reputable Retail Group. You will own the product vision for their domain, making the sequencing and investment decisions that shape quarterly roadmaps, and ensuring the squads they lead are solving the right problems in the right order. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with Business/Value case development and investment governance experience and be customer and quality obsessed, striving for simple solutions to often complex problems.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications –

·        Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.

Experience/Skills –

·        Strong management, leadership and people skills.

·        Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills - ability to collaborate and work in a matrix organization.

Advantageous –

·        MBA or Postgraduate Business qualification.

·        SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PMPO) Certification.
