Our client, an established leader in personal care and beauty, is seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to drive the creation of exciting new products that delight consumers and strengthen market presence.
Duties
Manage relationships with retail chains and brand owners, presenting trends and identifying opportunities in the beauty product space.
Develop new beauty products and lines for retail and brand partners from concept to launch.
Maintain ongoing customer partnerships, providing support post-launch.
Lead the internal process of developing new products, overseeing formulation, packaging, costing, and artwork.
Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Track project timelines, budgets, and troubleshoot during supply chain and operational phases.
Maintain detailed records to meet internal and external requirements.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in business, marketing, sciences, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of four years' relevant experience in product development within FMCG.
Proven success record in FMCG product development.
Strong project management and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with excellent time management and business acumen.
