- Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch and commercialisation
- Develop and maintain product business cases, project plans, high-level designs and product documentation
- Work closely with technical, operational, sales and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions that align with business strategy
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure products are commercially viable and customer-focused
- Present product specifications and requirements
- Present product proposals and recommendations to management and key stakeholders
- Monitor product development progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Job Experience and skill required
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Design or related
- 10+ years experience in relevant industry experience
- Formal Project Management training or certification
- Proven experience in product development, product management or service development
