Key Responsibilities

Analyse business processes, customer requirements and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions and implementation plans.
Conduct trend and performance analysis, turning complex data into actionable commercial insights.
Develop business cases and solution proposals that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Lead business solution projects from initiation through to implementation, managing scope, milestones, risks and deliverables.
Use Business Intelligence and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify risks and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and BI teams to develop and enhance dashboards, reporting requirements and technology-enabled solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and develop tailored solutions that improve service delivery.
Support Commercial and Sales teams during customer presentations and solution discussions.
Build strong relationships across Sales, Operations, IT, Customer Experience, Business Excellence and Commercial teams.
Facilitate workshops and solution-design sessions while managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and the implementation of business analysis and project management best practices.

Matric / Grade 12.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce , or a related discipline.
58 years' experience across Business Analysis, Business Solutions, Commercial Support, Process Improvement and/or Project Management.
Experience within logistics, courier, transportation or supply chain environments is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to engage directly with customers and confidently present business solutions.
Experience working with Business Intelligence and reporting environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational challenges to measurable business outcomes.
