The Product Administrator will assist the Product Manager with the timely and accurate loading of supplier contracts into the company’s travel software system. The focus of the role will vary throughout the year based on seasonal demands within the Product department. The role is suited to someone who has experience in the tourism industry and is familiar with Australian-based hotel chains and tourism brands.
Duties & Responsibilities
Principal Functions
Accurately and promptly load travel product information and rates into the company’s booking system, including contract amendments and special conditions as they are provided
Ensure relevant product updates are communicated to members of the Australian team as appropriate
Complete accurate data entry and filing as required
Maintain an accurate supplier database
Work alongside the Product Manager to assist Travel Designers and Travel Assistants with travel product queries and sales support as required
