Are you looking to launch your career in Procurement and Supply Chain?
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Intern to gain practical experience across procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination and SAP administration within a dynamic corporate environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding and database maintenance.
- Coordinate and track shipments.
- Assist with procurement reporting and spend analysis.
- Maintain procurement documentation and contracts.
- Update SAP procurement information.
- Support supplier performance monitoring.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Currently studying towards or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement Management
- Logistics
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- or a related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
