Detail: Qualification Matric Requirements +2 Years experience as an Expeditor, Purchasing Assistant, or Supply Chain Coordinator Proficient in ERP systems, order management software, and MS Excel Proven background in sourcing, industrial procurement, supply chain, or technical trading environments Duties Monitor and track all open purchase orders from initial issuance through to final delivery, ensuring agreed-upon timelines are met. Build and maintain direct lines of communication with manufacturers and vendors to obtain real-time status updates, production schedules, and dispatch confirmations. Identify potential delivery bottlenecks, production delays, or transit disruptions early, working quickly with suppliers and internal teams to find immediate solutions. Collaborate closely with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch, customs clearance documentation, and goods receipt. Keep internal procurement buyers, sales specialists, and account managers fully informed on order lead times, revised delivery dates, and potential delays.
