This position is based at the Head Office in Paarden Eiland and it reports directly to the Maintenance Planner. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Contacting various maintenance teams and confirm project completion Contact suppliers for outstanding invoices Prepare a pack for Maintenance Clerk / Admin controllers to receipt Assist with creating receipts on validated charges Resource will be working hand in hand with Betsinde to ensure backlog on receipt if caught up on Resolve queries with suppliers Resolve queries as raised by AP department Knowledge, skills and attributes: Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans Accuracy and attention to detail Accurate numerical skills Adeptness in making careful independent decisions Planning and organizing ability Working in a temperature-controlled environment Required Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 2 years' related experience Computer literate – MS Word, Excel and Outlook show more...
