Job Description
Process Mining / BI Analyst
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg Contract: Contract Industry: Financial Services We are looking for an experienced BI/Data Analyst with strong Business/Process Analysis capabilities to join a project focused on analysing and optimising end-to-end business processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, process intelligence and business improvement , and can turn complex transactional data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse transactional and operational data to reconstruct and understand end-to-end business processes
- Use data and BI tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, deviations and process improvement opportunities
- Develop meaningful reports, dashboards and data visualisations
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Support process mapping, process analysis and optimisation
- Investigate process performance using data-driven techniques
- Communicate insights and findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
