- Experience in brewing, food and beverage, or other process manufacturing environments is advantageous, together with a demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, implement performance improvements, and deliver measurable operational and sustainability outcomes.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, and a passion for sustainability and resource stewardship.
- They should be highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to influence stakeholders across multiple functions while fostering collaboration and driving change.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence are essential for success in the role.
- Key technical competencies include process engineering and optimisation, sustainability and environmental management, and process safety management.
- The candidate should be proficient in process analysis, resource efficiency improvement, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
