- Must have a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering
- Must be a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
- Must have 8–10+ years' post-qualification experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.
- Must have a strong portfolio of UK-standard structural engineering projects.
- Must have proven experience leading teams, delivering profitable design solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Must have excellent technical judgement with a strong understanding of structural behaviour, engineering codes, design principles, and relevant software tools.
- Must have strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, identify opportunities, and drive project value.
- Must be a confident communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to lead remotely and build strong professional relationships.
- Must demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
