Detail: An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Principal Strategy Advisor to partner with senior executives and business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and long-term success in a Tech environment. This role is suited to a highly commercial strategist who can translate market insight, business performance data, and industry trends into clear strategic direction and actionable business plans. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance and trusted advice to senior leadership. Identify growth opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive threats. Analyse business performance and recommend strategic improvements. Support the development of short- to medium-term business strategies. Evaluate market opportunities and investment priorities. Drive initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and profitability. Influence decision-making through insight-driven recommendations. Build strong partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups. Requirements Significant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation - Digital / tech space preferred. Demonstrated success advising senior executives on strategic initiatives. Experience working within complex, large-scale, or matrix organisations. Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capability. Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. Relevant qualification in a related field.
