This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership opportunity for an accomplished engineer who can solve complex technical challenges, drive architectural decisions and mentor a high-performing engineering team
Skills Required
- Minimum 10 years' software development experience across multiple programming languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong Python and Flask experience, including REST APIs, SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
- Experience with Svelte, TypeScript and/or Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs into production environments, including RAG and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of secure systems, sensitive data management and privacy by design.
- Cloud infrastructure experience, ideally AWS and Docker.
- Experience with production reliability, monitoring and incident management.
