Key Responsibilities Pricing and Fee Administration

• Prepare and submit monthly and ad hoc fee information for sign-off. • Ensure approved fees are accurately loaded in line with agreements and instructions received. • Support the Financial Manager with ad hoc fee analysis, pricing reviews and data modelling for new projects. • Assist with preparing data for annual fee increase modelling across the biller and network base. • Maintain a clear history of changes made to pricing and other financial and non-financial information. • Maintain relevant pricing and commercial information as required. Reporting and Data Administration

• Review monthly dashboard data used for commissions, reporting and commercial decision-making. • Assist in ensuring dashboards are complete and accurate. • Maintain accurate non-financial data within the system. • Maintain relevant reporting information as required. Stakeholder Support

• Liaise with internal teams to manage fee-related queries, timelines and expectations. • Support other ad hoc duties related to the role as required. Job Experience and Skills Required

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a finance, pricing, commercial administration, data administration or reporting support role will be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting systems or data portals will be advantageous.
  • Xero accounting package experience is beneficial.
  • Previous financial or payments industry experience will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in business English; additional languages will be beneficial.
  • Own reliable transport.
