Our client is a well-established technology solutions provider that delivers hardware, software, and support services to a diverse range of industries. They are looking for a technically minded Presales Engineer to join their team and provide expert solution design, implementation support, and technical guidance to customers and internal teams. Duties & Responsibilities

- Providing presales technical support to internal sales teams and external business partners.
- Designing and implementing hardware and software solutions.
- Designing and implementing device management software solutions.
- Managing and supporting mobile device management solutions.
- Providing post-sales technical support to internal sales teams, business partners, and end users.
- Compiling user requirement specifications and technical documentation.
- Implementing quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing online and remote user support.
- Conducting user training and product demonstrations.
- Troubleshooting software and application-related issues.
- Assisting customers with software upgrades and installations.
- Contributing towards team objectives and business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical repairs, technical support, or a related technical environment.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with application software.
- Knowledge of barcode printing and labelling software.
- Understanding of WLAN technologies and environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Experience within mobility, barcode, wireless networking, or device management solutions.
- Previous customer-facing technical support or implementation experience.
