- We are currently recruiting for our high-performing and busy Wackys store in Polokwane. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent service while supporting our continued growth and operational excellence.
Purpose
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations through accurate food preparation and ingredient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients cutting, marinating, portioning, weighing.
- Follow standard recipes and preparation procedures.
- Ensure correct storage and labelling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of preparation areas and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist grillers and cooks when required.
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Support waste reduction initiatives.
- Comply with food safety regulations.
