This position requires a strong leader with proven success in managing all aftersales operations, including Service, Workshop, Parts, Cost Control, Customer Satisfaction, and Staff Performance within a premium automotive environment. The successful candidate must have a stable and successful career history within premium vehicle dealerships and possess the leadership ability to manage a team of approximately 45-50 employees while ensuring operational excellence and profitability. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete Aftersales operation, including: Service Department Workshop Operations Parts Department Warranty Administration Customer Relations Drive departmental profitability and achieve all budgeted financial targets Monitor and manage workshop productivity, efficiency, and labour sales Oversee workshop costing processes and ensure maximum profitability Implement, maintain, and enforce operational processes and procedures Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments Manage parts inventory, stock control, and parts sales performance Lead, motivate, develop, and performance-manage a workforce of 45-50 employees Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, and customer satisfaction Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain premium brand standards Conduct regular departmental reviews, reporting, and business planning Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency gains Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and key stakeholders Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a premium automotive dealership environment Demonstrated success managing a large, busy, high-volume workshop Extensive experience overseeing both Service and Parts Departments Strong understanding of workshop costing, labour sales, productivity, and profitability management Experience implementing and enforcing operational processes and procedures Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets Experience managing teams of 45-50 staff members or larger Excellent knowledge of dealership systems, reporting, and manufacturer standards Stable employment history with reputable automotive dealerships Valid driver's licence Motor Industry experience Essential!
