Our Client is looking for a strong Practice Manager willing to work retail hours. This position is at a Optometrist Practice.
Duties & Responsibilities
Practice manager roles require strong leadership, commercial and financial acumen, and excellent patient communication skills.
Key Requirements
- Leadership & Management: Proven people management experience, strong leadership skills to drive accountability, and motivation/energy.
- Financial & Business Acumen: Strong financial skills to manage practice performance, analyze budgets and financial reports, and drive revenue growth.
- Operational Skills: Experience with general practice administration, internal reporting, and overseeing sales drivers.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills, plus bilingualism in English and Afrikaans (frequently specified for similar optical practice roles).
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Retail Practice Manager ( Medical environment)
- Experience: Optical or healthcare practice experience is highly beneficial.
Strong skills in stock -take.
