Job Title: PPC Supervisor Start Date: 2026-08-13 - 2026-09-11 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB003993 Sectors: Manufacturing Location: Gauteng , JHB - Southern Suburbs Salary: (Market related, Negotiable) Brief: excel|industrial engineering|johannesburg south|kaizen|lean manufacturing|medical aid|perm|production management|provident fund|syspro Our Client is looking for a PPC Supervisor to assist with production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination within their manufacturing division Detail: Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering or Production Management Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Experience with Syspro, WMS, and production planning tools Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean manufacturing principles Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling Assist in planning and scheduling production to meet delivery timelines Monitor and track work-in-progress (WIP) jobs to ensure timely completion Work closely with Production teams to balance factory capacity and mitigate bottlenecks Ensure all production jobs are loaded and tracked in Syspro/WMS Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements with procurement Follow up with Suppliers on outstanding materials and delayed deliveries Assist in stock take and inventory control processes Process & Cost Optimization Support Kaizen and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency Track and analyse production costs, ensuring alignment with budget targets Identify and implement factory layout improvements to optimize workflow Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily/weekly reports on production progress, costs, and efficiency metrics Monitor labour allocations and resource utilization to ensure cost efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
