Job Title: PPC Coordinator Start Date: 2026-08-13 - 2026-09-11 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB003994 Sectors: Manufacturing Location: Gauteng , JHB - Southern Suburbs Salary: (Market related, Negotiable) Brief: bom|erp system|johannesburg south|kaizen|lean manufacturing|medical aid|pension|perm|production coordination|sap|supplier liaison Exciting career opportunity for a PPC Coordinator to support the daily functions of the Production Planning and Control Departments Detail: Minimum Requirements: Matric Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (advantageous) 2+ Years experience in a production or planning environment Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Valid drivers License Responsibilities: Production Coordination Assist with the creation and updating of production schedules based on available capacity and Customer deadlines Monitor production progress and highlight any delays or risks to the PPC Manager Update job statuses in the system and ensure proper documentation is maintained Follow up on outstanding work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure alignment with daily/weekly plans Material & System Support Track material availability and coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of long lead-time items Support the release of jobs in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring routing and BOM accuracy Assist in managing and updating production data, sales orders, and job cards Logistics & Supplier Coordination Liaise with Logistics and Suppliers to follow up on deliveries and collections Coordinate with Warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure jobs are ready for delivery as planned Reporting & Administration Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly PPC reports for internal meetings Assist in monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, production output, and material availability Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with basic time studies or layout updates when required TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
