Are you friendly, energetic, customer-focused and highly organised? Do you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
PostNet Wynberg is looking for an experienced Service Ambassador to join our team.
We are looking for someone who
✔️Has the added advantage of having 1+ year of experience in PostNet, a similar retail/service environment, or the printing/paper industry
✔️ Has excellent customer service and communication skills
✔️ Is efficient, reliable, responsible and well organised
✔️ Works confidently under pressure and can manage multiple tasks
✔️ Has exceptional attention to detail
✔️ Is able to work independently and without constant supervision
✔️ Is a fast learner who can think on their feet and solve problems effectively
✔️ Is fully computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
✔️ Has a friendly, positive and energetic personality
✔️ Has design experience — an added advantage but not necessary
WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
2 Saturdays per month
Start Date: 11 September 2026
