Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial investor accounts
- Client relationship management, lease renewals, and arrears management
- Monthly portfolio performance reporting and property inspections
- Identify upsell and acquisition opportunities in Sasolburg/Vaal area
Remuneration & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: R18,000 - R28,000 basic per month, negotiable based on experience
- Medical Aid: 50% company contribution
- Housing Allowance: R7,000 per month
- Car/Travel Allowance: R5,500 per month
- Cellphone/Data Allowance: R800 per month
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly portfolio growth bonus
Minimum Requirements
- Good credit record - Credit check will be conducted
- Up-to-date work experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Tertiary Education is an advantage
