Detail: Candidate must have a completed BCom Honours (Investment Management) and minimum completed CFA Level 2 with approximately 4-5 years relevant investment analyst or similar technical analysis experience. Preferred background is an Investment Analyst / Portfolio Analyst or similar technical candidate looking to add an element of specialised relationship management. Asset Management The candidate must be comfortable with attending investment committee discussions, following portfolio decisions and understanding market and portfolio construction as well as asset allocation. They will also act as an operational support resource to the Senior Portfolio Strategist, enabling efficient delivery of solutions. Here you will provide analytical, research, and preparation support for complex portfolio design, client engagements, and bespoke solutioning. Client Relations The candidate must be comfortable speaking to advisors assisting them with portfolio moves, difficult client scenarios or complex investment questions. You will also work with the investment and marketing teams to develop materials that help advisors communicate portfolio decisions to clients.
