- Handle all tenant queries, correspondence, complaints, and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
- Draft, coordinate, load, and update all lease agreements, renewals, amendments, addendum's, warnings, and notices on the MRI system.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained, track tenancy/vacancy schedules, and ensure FICA compliance for all tenants.
- Assist with rental escalations, follow-ups on arrears, and general collection support.
- Assist the Portfolio Manager with general oversight, organize filing, and update the MRI system.
- Liaise and coordinate with external sub-contractors.
- Handle parking tracking, enquiries, and general administration.
- Assist with secretarial duties, switchboard cover, and preparing refreshments when needed.

- A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach is necessary, with a willingness to support the team.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be a strong team player.
- High level of computer literacy is essential, with an eagerness to adopt new technology.
- Prior experience in property management administration and/or familiarity with the MRI system is advantageous.
