Our client, a well-established plumbing and hot water specialist in Mackay, Queensland , is looking for an experienced Trade Tested Plumber to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber with experience in residential and commercial plumbing, particularly in hot water systems, maintenance and installations. Experience with solar hot water systems is advantageous; however, plumbers with strong hot water and maintenance experience who are eager to develop their skills are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair solar hot water systems
- Install and maintain electric and gas hot water systems
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults
- Carry out maintenance plumbing for residential and commercial clients
- Install water, sewer and drainage systems
- Ensure all work complies with Australian plumbing standards
- Provide professional customer service on-site
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience Required
Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded
- Solar hot water systems
- Electric and gas hot water systems
- Residential plumbing
- Commercial plumbing
- Maintenance plumbing
- Water supply and drainage
- Leak detection and repairs
- General plumbing maintenance
Minimum Requirements
✔ Trade Tested / Red Seal Plumber
✔ Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience
✔ Experience with hot water systems preferred
✔ Valid driver's licence
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Australian Skills Assessment completed or willing to complete one
Package & Remuneration

Salary: AUD $95,000 – $115,000 per annum (depending on experience)
