- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Engineers.
- Drive the technical roadmap and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions.
- Ensure successful project delivery while optimising platform performance and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 7 years in software development and engineering leadership, driving the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale solutions and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern development frameworks.
- Tech Stack: C#, JavaScript, SQL, Python, Go | Angular, React, .NET/.NET Core | Azure, AWS | Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL | Kafka | Entity Framework & Hibernate
