?? Minimum Requirements
A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 35 years experience in a management role within a production/manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial target setting , and performance monitoring

Effective planning and organizational skills
Quick and confident decision-making
A high sense of urgency and accountability
Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
Solid knowledge of FSSC standards and the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OSH Act)
Keen attention to detail with a mindset for continuous process improve
