Renico Plant Hire is looking for an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Plant Hire Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing plant hire administration and related documentation.
- Capturing and maintaining accurate records and data.
- Assisting with customer enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinating with operational teams to ensure efficient plant allocation.
- Processing invoices, timesheets, and supporting documentation.
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Providing general administrative support to the Plant Hire department.
- Prepare and issue quotations for all 30-day account and COD customers.
- Follow up on all quotations and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Manage and take responsibility for all COD payments and collections.
- Reconcile all COD payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Market available plant in the yard every Monday to existing and prospective clients.
- Engage with clients regarding upcoming projects and plant requirements.
- Promote and market the company's lowbed transport services.
- Arrange and manage permit applications as required.
- Coordinate employee medical examinations.
- Schedule and manage training bookings.
- Arrange accommodation for employees working away from home.
- Calculate food and accommodation allowances and submit supporting documentation for payment.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Plant Hire department.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within the plant hire, construction, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
