Start free — we apply for you →Company and Job Description: As the Plant Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial performance of the manufacturing plant, providing strategic support to operational teams, and ensuring accurate costing and reporting processes. The successful candidate will bring strong exposure to management accounting, plant accounting, Bills of Materials (BOM), Work-in-Progress (WIP) , and manufacturing cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all plant-related financial activities and reporting • Provide detailed management accounting and manufacturing cost analysis • Monitor and control plant costs, margins, and operational efficiencies • Maintain and analyse Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure costing accuracy • Review and monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting and valuation • Conduct variance analysis on labour, material, and overhead costs • Prepare monthly management accounts and operational performance reports • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Job Experience and Skills Required:
• At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience within a manufacturing environment • Strong exposure to Plant Accounting and Management Accounting • Extensive experience with BOM (Bills of Materials) and WIP (Work-in-Progress) • Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory management, and cost accounting principles Apply now!
