Salary: R15 000 CTC per month. Detail: Requirements: Tertiary Qualification in relevant field preferred. MS Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position. Drivers licence and valid PDP essential. Responsibilities but not limited to: Compliance and Safety Management: Policy Enforcement: Uphold and enforce adherence to all company rules and regulations as outlined in the disciplinary policy. Health and Safety: Champion a culture of safety by ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices and procedures communicated during induction and ongoing training. Facility and Grounds Management: Staff Transport: Coordinate and manage all staff commuting services, including overtime vehicles, shuttle buses, and other transport arrangements. Grounds and Cleaning: Oversee the upkeep of the factory grounds, including landscaping, surrounding area maintenance, and the management of all cleaning services to ensure a clean and presentable environment. Building Maintenance: Ensure all office building facilities and infrastructure are in good working order through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. Access Control: Manage the facility's access control system, including the issuance and tracking of access cards in coordination with the CDC (or relevant security department). Fleet and Logistics Coordination: Vehicle Management: Supervise the management of the company vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, proper maintenance, and adherence to usage policies. Office Services and Supplies: Equipment and Consumables: Manage the inventory and distribution of office equipment and consumables. Office Warehouse: Oversee the office warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient distribution of office supplies to all departments. Sundries Management: Procure, collect, store, record, and distribute all factory sundries items as needed. Meeting Coordination: Ensure meeting rooms are equipped, prepared, and take meeting minutes. Records and Information Management: Files and Archives: Maintain a systematic and secure filing and archiving system for all factory documents. Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality in handling all sensitive company and employee information. Administrative Support and Planning: Cross-Departmental Support: Provide timely and effective administrative and office services to assist all other departments as required. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and facilitate internal factory events and team-building activities. Budget Preparation: Prepare the annual budget for departmental provisions, including staff gifts, office stationery, and refreshments.
